Flexible routes
Why not pop into a grocery store on your way home or share a ride with a friend? You can enter more than one address when ordering a car: the driver sees the entire route from the beginning, and you know in advance how much you’ll be paying for the whole trip.
Order history
If you forget any personal items in the car, just call the driver — their phone number will be stored in the app for 24 hours after the ride. Here you can also look up where you went, when you went there, and what your car’s license plate number was. You can delete that information from your order history at any time.
Favorite locations
You can add any address or location on the map to favorites. They’ll be under the Where to? bar — simply tap on a shortcut to enter your destination. The app also suggests the best pickup locations. They are usually a 2-3 minute walk away, but they ultimately help you save time and money.

I am using this app since one year and always I think, this app is very convenient and adaptable for blind people. having good emotion.
disappointed about customer service
I feel disappointed about customer service. Today I ordered a taxi, I was outside waiting for him at the start location. He didn’t come, but in Uber I saw notification that he is here. After several minutes I canceled the trip and was ordering another taxi, and right at that time he came. And I was charged for cancellation. Support service wrote me that this is second time in my Uber experience when I cancelling a trip and that this time they would not refund it. So does it mean you can cancel a trip only once in your life and ask for refund? That’s really stupid, I don’t have any reason to lie, and Uber could check if a driver clicked arrive before he really arrived. After some argue they cancelled the charge, but the whole experience with customer service was sad
Money issue
On May, 18 I didn’t see that I chose to pay by card and I paid a driver Ismailov Daniyar Aldashevich red opel astra 570AOL13 by transferring money and when I left a car the money were taken from my card.
I immediately sent the message to support and they told that they are calling to a driver and then disappeared.
I sent the receipts that I transferred money but the support didn’t do anything and kept telling that they couldn’t reach a driver. In result money got to the Asia taxi. Uber support told me to call there. I called them and they still didn’t send me money back. Every time I call them I should pay from my mobile.
The driver is a bad person I sent him request to give me money back but he didn’t do it.
Disappointed by your support team and your drivers. I hope we will have another taxi app with honest people working for it.
