Using the service is very simple.
1. Download the KOLOBIKE mobile app for free.
2. Go through a simple registration and attach a bank card.
3. Choose the transport closest to you, book it or immediately start renting and enjoy the convenience and freedom of movement!
4. Park the vehicle so that it does not interfere with pedestrians and other road users, end the trip and take a photo of the vehicle in the parking lot.

User experience should be clear and simple, now it is not
I want to share my experience of using this service. I tried to reserve any vehicles but application notified me that I did not have enough balance for this action. But how exactly I should do it because I added my credit card and spent 5 minutes to find out a way to top up my balance.
User experience so bad that you do not want to interact with this application again.

We updated our UX process of wallet top-up. Also now you don't need any balance funds to start a single ride or book a single scooter. Sorry for inconvenience!
Terrible app
Registration is long and like in previous century apps. You can do it without password, using just phone number + card. Check uber app, for example.
Found defect: can’t change phone number in profile. It shows old one after saving.
Really hate usability. Every operation is painful and not intuitive.
Idea with credit is stupid. Why do not take money from card directly? I want to spend less than your credit size.
Give me opportunity to take 2 bicycles in a time from 1 account: for me and girlfriend. We need to perform registration once again.
Bugs
You’ve got bugs with entering data to get your registration done.
I can’t choose my birthdate: just two last months are available to choose.
Too many bugs and as I can see from previous comments they got fixed so rarely.
Please guys make your app better. 🤷🏻♀️
