Using the service is very simple.
1. Download the KOLOBIKE mobile app for free.
2. Go through a simple registration and attach a bank card.
3. Choose the transport closest to you, book it or immediately start renting and enjoy the convenience and freedom of movement!
4. Park the vehicle so that it does not interfere with pedestrians and other road users, end the trip and take a photo of the vehicle in the parking lot.

You’ve got bugs with entering data to get your registration done.
I can’t choose my birthdate: just two last months are available to choose.
Too many bugs and as I can see from previous comments they got fixed so rarely.

Change year selector first so you can select any month you needed. No problem in this point.
User experience should be clear and simple, now it is not
I want to share my experience of using this service. I tried to reserve any vehicles but application notified me that I did not have enough balance for this action. But how exactly I should do it because I added my credit card and spent 5 minutes to find out a way to top up my balance.
User experience so bad that you do not want to interact with this application again.

We updated our UX process of wallet top-up. Also now you don't need any balance funds to start a single ride or book a single scooter. Sorry for inconvenience!
Disappointments :-/
1) Bikes are not located at the position indicated on map most of the time. The only chance to ride a bike is to find him in real world, but not on the map
2) Wallet works with significant issues, for the last 3 days impossible to refill it or to add new card. Service become unusable.

About wallet refill - please, rebind your card once again, previously deleted it in "My Wallet" section. You can do it by swipping your card number. The problem may be caused by the fact that your card was binded to another account.
