The app itself is not bad, apart from draining your battery. The experience was very bad. The app didnt have tutorial on how to start the bike (push 2 times then press on gas) so I struggled for 1-2 minutes to ride it. When the ride finished, struggled to park it as well since it cant even detect the parking place so I have to took a photo. Overall its more expensive than taking a taxi. And its not very safe if you riding too fast. A bike would be safer.

Very awful service. I was riding to the post office and left scooter idle for 10 minutes. It switched off and I couldn't switch it on back. "Switch on" button in the app just did nothing. I was trying to reach support with no success. Urent app rapidly sucked my battery (15% for 1 minute) and my phone switched off as well. I had to drag scooter with locked wheels ~1.5km to the nearest parking. And of course Urent charged me for all that time I was dragging the scooter.

The app takes 2-3 minutes to load every time you open it. Then shows the map of the whole world and freezes for another 1-2 minutes. Then, when you want to finish a ride, you open the app back, and it freezes again. This is super annoying, the worst ux I've ever had. Google Pixel 2 XL, android 11.

What's new

We try to release big, visible changes, but the code needs to be monitored too. This time we refreshed the code, fixed the bugs and cleaned the app. Have a comfy ride!
