The McDonald's app is a disappointment. Its interface is clunky and prone to glitches, making ordering a frustrating experience. Navigation is cumbersome, and the app often freezes or crashes mid-order, wasting both time and patience. Additionally, the app's deals and promotions are often misleading or difficult to redeem, leaving customers feeling cheated. Overall, it's a subpar app that fails to deliver a seamless ordering experience.

The app just keeps getting worse. You would think by now that someone would have been able to fix the problem with it. It still locks up all the time I hardly ever use it because it seems to always be down when I go to McDonald's now it won't let me added a recipe after the fact it just keeps saying there's an issues with the connection even when on wifi and to close and restart the app. So after doing that with no luck I restart my phone and it still saying the same thing.

One of the worst apps I have used. The interface is really bad. You cannot find what you want. All buttons are banners with ads. There are no specific menu items for Delivery, Menu, Points Barcode, etc.. Also, most of the pages in the app are web pages and not native app pages. Just go back to the old app and add the points and barcode to that.
